Looks like CDG is quite decent (and of course, it's a 77H) among all. I guess then the LHR lounge is not 'worth' 150 pounds over the CDG lounge. I also read a report about the MAD lounge and it seems quite competent too, pity MAD is a 77G route...
I would actually choose what is most convenient for me schedule wise and not the lounge. With LHR there are 5 flights daily to HK, followed by CDG with 1-2 daily departures. If your original departure port is a small port and you're a connecting passenger, I would go for LHR- given if there's any irrop, CX would easily be able to accommodate you to a later flight (I'm assuming all your flights are in one booking).

If what I described above isnt your case, CDG ZRH AMS and FRA are all fine. Other members of this board have voiced their case for / against the respective lounges and I more or less agree. I wouldn't go out of my way to fly ex-MAD, unless youre originating from southern Europe.

Finally - CDG has one flight that's operated on A359 so if you havent tried that J product, go for it. Don't bother flying ex-LGW for the A359 - It's an absolute zoo on the best of days...
