I don't know about weight, but the more aggressive they are about dimensions the better.

The tags they've started attaching to people's bags at the gates are ridiculous. If they ever give me one, I'm taking it off when out of sight. Like hell I'm going to put my reasonable bag into my leg space just because others need to store oversized items in the bins.
