As mentioned above, CDG has a modern CX lounge (also used by BA), airy, nice view, decent food/drinks. Possibly the best outside of LHR.
But French immigration has recently become chaos. If you connect from another Schengen country you might suffer chaos when arriving at CDG (yes, they do controls on arriving Schengen flights) and again when departing with CX. And if you connect, remember that there are 2 terminals (actually 3), and it is not so easy to go from one to the other.
