I am sure this has been asked but when I search for family in this thread, only 1 post came up which does not address my question below.

I want to book a P&C for my brother and his family for a China property. Do I need to be there at checkin? And will they receive Glob treatment? Any help addressing these 2 questions is much appreciated. Thanks!
