Anyone on the same reservation can check-in with you at the premium desk.

If you are flying together with your family members (you said same route but not same flight) then I think it's fair enough to try. Might want to mention as soon as you reach the check-in desk, "hope it's not too much of a bother but...". If it separate flights I'd say it's a no go for them to piggyback off your status.
