I've recently gained BA Silver / Oneworld Sapphire status and in addition to lone business trips will be travelling MAN-PHL-MCO with my family this summer.

My query is whether the benefits of the status apply to my family? I realise lounge is me +1, but can we all check in at the business class line at MAN? Anyone have any issues with this in the past? Also, my in-laws are travelling with us on the same route, on a different but connected booking. Can they join us too? Not trying to take the mick, hence asking what is permitted. It does look as though since the bookings were linked, the in-laws booking inherited something from our account as they can now book any seat on the flights for no charge.

Likewise, I assume I can check in at the business line at MCO?

Any other tips I should look out for in general, or in particular on this trip?
