I was on SFO-JFK-SFO last week in C. I was in row 6, so I could see the service in F. This was premium transcon, so they set each table from the cart individually. Even had red carnations. Appetizers and salad were served from the cart as well. Entrees looked to be the same as in C, but were individually plated. Dessert service was really cool! They had this funky dry ice thing for the ice cream sundaes. At least it looked like dry ice since there was a trail of "smoke" billowing from the cart!

C class was excellent as well. Great JFK based FAs!
