Babies have in my experience limited endurance and will eventually shut down. For the very cases when I had a real hardcore screamer nearby, I always used the combination of earplus and noise canceling headphones over it ... quenches nearly anything. Even the engine noise of a 727 or an MD80.

Especially ex LHR - security is so picky. They always force you to check in the curare blowpipe and the Amazonian poison dart frog.
And funneling Bourbon into kids is as difficult as it is unhealthy and illegal
