I stay at this hotel about 12 times a year for work.

In a conversation with a front desk attendant she indicated that the management at the HR Vancouver had the hotel put on a list of known "frequent point stay properties" and the hotel actually received more in compensation from corporate on stays than most other Hyatts.

This has caused a computer fault with the website on awards booking. It is strictly (another) Hyatt IT issue. If you call WoH you will be able to book using points. Now sometimes you can only get the Regency rate of 17000 pts vs the regular 12000 pts and sometimes they will be out of credit card and bonus award nights Cat 1-4. But you will be able to get a room.
