Hong Kong SAR's 20th Anniversary sticker on some KA jets

A closer look at the 4th and the 5th photo will see the sticker on the aircraft (B-LBG). However, I would say it's super tiny that is barely noticeable or significant at all. Also, the location of the sticker is also kinda weird to me.

Not sure if other KA or CX jets also have this?
