Service has gotten relly rotten on the LAX-SEA route. First class not only had no food including no snack at 9:00 PM but an order for ONE drink went unfilled. What is the benefit of first class again? On the route from SNA to SEA I had to buy a drink from coach for $4 because the service was so bad in First. Save your $50 and eat a nice (non-airport) meal before you fly. I try not to complain because most people in First Class are using MVP upgrades and the staff is so nice.
