I have no problems with children /babies generally but it can be rather annoying when they are constantly crying & howling.

I agree sometimes the parents just sit back & do nothing. At the end of the day you have paid for a premium ticket for a premium experience so having a baby disturbing everyone isn't very premium IMHO
