And by that there are separate aircraft for people who do not want to fly with babies. If you want to protect yourself fly private. There are no parks near to me that are segregated between being on or off a leash (being in a leash would not stop somebody being scared of a dog in the same way a good parent cannot stop a noisy child) so if I want it I would have to buy my own. Seem logic of paying for your own aircraft.

Yes, and children will also scream and talk loudly. What matters here isn't what the child was doing but the actions of the parent.
