The PDE does not work on my windows laptop on most flights. After the commercials play without a problem, it asks to install a plugin, which I do, and after restarting the browser (Firefox or IE), the same plugin request appears again and the movies do not play (except some foreign movies, which can play). Any advice would be appreciated.
