LHR: How do I get from Terminal 2 to Terminal 3?
I'll be arriving on a United flight in terminal 2 at LHR, and I'll need to make my way to Terminal 3 to pick up/meet a friend arriving on American in Terminal 3. What is best/easiest way to get to America Airlines arrivals to meet my friend?

Or, where is a recommend place or way for us to meet up? Once we meet, we'll be taking the Tube to London.
