Can't comment on the Marriott properties as my last trip to Mumbai was pre-merger. But while the StR does not have a lounge, thru do have a pretty amazing happy hour with complimentarily a la carte cocktails and appetizers at the bar with great views. Didn't get an upgrade but I've seen reports of them being more generous with those nowadays...
