I'm glad to hear the positive feedback about The Ledbury! I wasn't able to get a reservation at Gordon Ramsay; one of these days I'll make it over there. It seems to require a lot of advance planning, since it's such a small restaurant.

The only place I've been to where they left the bottle in front of me was L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon in Tokyo. I did take the opportunity to examine the bottle, but I didn't self-pour, ha! Wonder what they would have said had I done that!
