Indeed.

$10,000 offered by UA/Republic is now seen as lunch money compared to what they will pay out. (yes, hindsight etc)

Not knocking out and dragging a paying pax off an aircraft while the world watched..........priceless.

The questions will be: who at AC will "empower" the frontline people and are all of them capable of making the decisions quickly and without incident?
