I know a lot of people will disagree with me on this (so be it). But honestly I think Calin is doing a pump and dump on the stock. AC is running the fleet ragged, cutting costs in ways which are just obviously affecting performance (hello maintenance, concierges, etc.) etc. I know the market is supposed to love it. Whatever. What they are doing right now is not sustainable in the long run. I am continually surprised by the market's inability to interpret their results (witness their leasing strategy). Again, whatever. Anyhow, that is nothing more than my low rent opinion. And it shows what being #35 is worth in my estimation. Like little to nothing.
