For my flight from ORD-SLC, I was #2 for 1 open seat. I didn't have any expectations of getting the UG. #1 pax was cleared and I became #1 for 0 seats once boarding began. Now, as I look at the UG list on the DL app, I'm still #1 for 0 seats. Interestingly, when I go look at the SB list on the DL app, I see that some person was cleared directly from the SB list to FC. Looking at this person, I don't think she's a DL employee: no DL lanyard or ID badge that I've seen non-revs wear.

Does it happen that someone usually goes from the SB list (which also presumably means that the person is not confirmed on the flight) directly into FC? I'm just trying to give DL the benefit of a doubt here.
