You can use the Book with Matrix tool to do it.

Use ITA Matrix's minconnect and maxconnect flags to build in your connections. Click "advanced routing codes" and try
Code:
/ minconnect 600; maxconnect 1439
. This means a minimum connection of 10 hours (600 mins) and a maximum connection of 23h59m.

A test booking gives me an option with a 23h 25m layover in Amsterdam on the way out for a few more dollars than the no-layover version.
