I own a time-share at the Costa Linda (next door to the Bucuti) - I can tell you for sure that for late 20s you want to be in the high-rise area, not the low-rise. Aruba is easy to get around, but there's nothing within walking distance of the Bucuti for going out, but lots around the Hyatt.
