Came through Terminal C Saturday afternoon coming in from Italy and the TSA Pre was just about empty. I'm GS and they cut me to the front of the line, which was a new one for me, then my bag got pulled for further inspection that causing a 15 minute delay due to the lack of training and professionalism, just the usual TSA chaos.
