Can someone enlighten me. i have a family member working for dnata. my friend and i will travel to home country and i asked my relative if she can book us a two way flight. she said yes. just pay the amount and you will get the ticket. its been one month now and theres still no ticket. only 4 days left and we will travel already. she said she cant issue ticket for my friend as the system denied and staff officer from emirates headquarters saw that she added a non family member. the ticket she said she used is SPECIAL TICKET.

question, why after payment she said the system will not give the details yet. and is it really true that friends are not entitled to have tickets under their staff discount? please help me understand the true information about id90, id50 and special tickets. thank you.
