UA881 big delay

UA881 ORD-NRT which was supposed to take off at 12:15 today is now delayed until 11:00 tomorow. That's a 22 hour and 45 minute delay. I'm assuming it's related to crew working hours, but wouldn't they have another 772 crew at ORD, a hub?
