I've been to the area a few times but never stayed at the hotel. In my limited experience there is praculaly nothing open outside of 9-5 business hours except things within/attached to malls. These shut between 8-10 and I haven't found a bar or food scene. There is an arcade and a basic food hall but it's not great on the Tokyo scale of food...
