OK so you should be fine then. I asked about the return time as sometimes it may make a difference in terms of the total number of days, but since you are renting for effectively 1-day at either pickup time, it shouldn't matter.

The answer to your question is that you should be able to pick up at 10:30PM instead of 2:30AM. It's rare that they would have an issue with you picking up a few hours earlier than planned, so I don't see any issue.
