However (and this is absolutely key) you should expect to pay 10% of the full price adult fare for your infant.

The most likely options are going to be:

1) EWR - NRT (UA) - KUL (NH) which should be 70k/person each direction for J

2) JFK - HND/NRT - KUL (all NH metal) which should be 80k/person each direction for J

3) JFK - TPE - KUL (all BR metal) which should be 80k/person each direction for J

Option #2 and #3 are going to be the best (both NH and EVA have good J and pretty good availability far out).

Chase UR transfers for UA instantly so I would check the UA website, confirm availability, transfer over, and then book (you may need to logout of your UA account and then log back in for the miles to show or clear cookies). Note that SPG ---> UA is not an instant transfer so if you need to top up you'll want to transfer SPG sooner rather than later. If you do need to transfer SPG, I recommend transferring a full 20k to get the 5k bonus and then you'll just use 295k UR.

I strongly recommend J the whole way because it looks you should have enough (320k which is your UR balance plus potentially a few more being transferred over from SPG if needed).

You can do dummy searches now on UA.com to see what availability looks like - I believe you will need to call in though to get it all booked since you'll be adding an infant to the trip.
