I'd try to find the original list of "non-participating" hotels and verify this hotel wasn't on that list. Assuming that, then if you can get a response from Marriott Concierge, then great have them try to help you convince the hotel to take the cert. IIRC, the list was on the cert itself. But that might have been the 2-4-1, which is different than the dining for 2. I google dining for two, but the links are no longer valid. If the OP has the cert in a pristine envelope, though, maybe it says?
