Baggage Allowance Brussels Airlines

Mods: posting in UA since it was booked on UA website. Feel free to move.

I booked an award ticket for my daughter. She's flying this Sunday from Madrid-Brussels-Dublin on Brussels Airlines. Eventually she'll fly DUB-EWR (same itinerary). She is my Million Miler companion, so she's GS/*G.

I am trying to figure out her baggage allowance. The SN website shows 2 complimentary checked bags up to 32kg each for business class. However, I want to be sure as she's without a credit card at the moment (lost wallet - long story) and I know cash won't be accepted at the check-in desk if it comes to that. I called SN customer service and the agent was a little vague. He said she *should* get two free checked bags, but since it's a United ticket, he can't say for sure.

*G would get her one bag, but she needs to check two - she's been in Europe as an exchange student for 4 months. She also won't have her UA card (she's trying to get a printout from UA website).

Sorry for long thread. Bottom line: any experience in checking bags with SN on a UA award ticket? Thanks for any feedback.
