Is anyone aware of a minimum stay requirement at this hotel?

Looking for a weekend stay in June and check in is not possible on the 9th. However if I select check-in on the 10th, check-out on the 11th is greyed out...

Is it normal for this info to be available on the website (I cannot see anything), or do I have to contact the hotel or guess (or post here)?
