- United blamed the customer for UA3411.
- United's PR firm tried to walk it back.
- Somehow, Munoz is still CEO as of April 27, 2017.
- They settled the case privately.
I'm not sure what else I'm supposed to read from this latest letter from United's PR firm. Nothing, really. "We chipped off a check to stay out of court."
Everybody move on.
I have no native status, but I do have an MP account and I do buy 1-2 long-haul J tickets per year on UA stock and mostly UA metal. I'm not important enough to get the email.
