I'd say it depends at what time they make the call and where everyone is at that point. That said, seems to me #'s 2 & 3 should be upgraded ahead of 4. If they're seeing
#1 may not make a cxn or something, I think they should wait to upgrade
#4 .
The other day I was hoping a couple would choose not to split so I could slide up there but no dice for me!
