wow i never heard of honor bar before

I always stay in Hyatt in Aisa, or Cologne Germany. And there is a waitress in the club to bring me drinks. In some, i frequent so often they know what to bring me without asking. You guys had me worried this may have been showing up on my bill.

i dont understand the whole concept og complimentary Regency Club..then charge for drinks. why do they do this in NA?
