Unfortunately, that's the only direct non-stop flight to DEN before 7:50 PM.
Is there a staffed check-in/connecting flight area at the luggage re-check area in MIA outside of int'l arrivals? I can't remember. It's where they rebook people who miss connections usually, but they also can check you in just like regular agents. If there is you should be able to check-in there with an agent instead of going upstairs to the main check-in area. Obviously, please correct me if I'm wrong, but it works that way at DFW.
