All I could tell you is save yourself a trip to the airport, you will get the same answer as reservation. I've had SE agents personally followup with Rates to ensure that my reservation was priced out within an hour. There's no such thing as 'Super Elite Europe Pass'..... (Which I assume what you mean by SE Europe pass) There is a Star Allliance Europe Pass which agents should definitely know about and they can price it out for you on the spot without having to go through Rates.
2. I did not realize that the AC flights themselves could not be entered with the cheapest fare possible, which in this case (according to ITN) was "L" booking code.
They could but what's the point?? The itinerary is to be priced out to the lowest price but since it can't be automatically priced out, why take a L class away when someone could use it? So they jsut put 'Y' to indicate Economy and put a note in the PNR requesting lowest fare. YWG Rates will then put in the appropiate booking class once the calculations are complete.

Maybe you should use 15K points and fly to YWG and ask them to price it out on the spot!

I've got to sleep, I've got a long work day tomorrow.
