I bet CARA is wishing AC was already out of CCAA so they couldn't repudiate their current contract, which was established following the repudiation of their previous contract.

Again, the unionized staff at CARA are saying no to concessions. But since they work for CARA and not AC, AC can just chop CARA off at the knees. Although, I believe the judge overseeing AC's protection may not see this as a wise move if your trying to obtain cooperation from you debtors, of which CARA is one.
