there is only one massage place in walking distance as far as i know, ( and i stayed there for about 4 weeks combined in the past years ).
You have to go to right after you exit the resort and walk towards the restaurants, then next street left ( it might be the second i don't really remember ) but they have signs there as it is the only shop around. Not too hard to find, maybe 15 mins walking from the LM
haven't tried it though
In the city center you have much more options, some of the better spa's also have a pickup service but I prefer the hotel spa then to earn some more points
