I was seated in 6F (BC seat). A few feet away is a toilet (on the A-C side). Every time someone used the toilet, 6D and 6F are "blasted" with lots of light--"great" if you are trying to sleep or watch movies on the IFE system. Hence 6D and 6F should be avoided!
The headphone jack (3 prong) is so far recessed (in the back of the seating area) making it difficult (even with seat light on) to see the holes. AA 28 is a redeye, for a day flight with window shades open may not be an issue.
