This has been an ongoing issue with some of their webpages for quite some time now. Varies dramatically without reason, e.g. Benefits for Gold members are unable to be viewed but for Platinum members it its.
I've reported this to the 'Premium Twitter' account months ago to no avail.
Only thing I can think of is that there is some type of US DOT regulation that airline websites must be blind-accessible (I think that means they must be able to be read out by screen readers somehow, but don't quote me on that). For a long time Etihad had a notice on their homepage that their website would soon be DOT compatible (they didn't specify what that meant). Now that notice is gone and so are the pages for US visitors. Pretty idiotic to let it sit like that and not fix the web pages, but I honestly don't expect much more from Etihad. You can view the webpages using a VPN to Canada or any other country.
