The problem is since you cannot link the business card to your personal banking how/where do you SM Citi regarding a bonus match on a business card.
Doesn't matter what type of card. I've been matched on 2 pers and 1 biz in 2017. All by SMing them. On the biz site:
1. At the top, click on "contact us"
2. On the right of that page, in the box, click on "Send a message"
That takes you to the page where you can SM them. Mine is still there..."We appreciate the opportunity to assist you. We have added 10,000 miles to your account to match the offer that you..."
You can SM them from any account, pers or biz.
