I've only ever seen FRA/MUC/LHR-EWR come into B, but I did notice today's AMS-EWR came into C so that's also a possibility. Not sure which terminal they pick for arrivals, but I presume it's based on some combination of loads at each terminal plus the need to get the plane turned around quickly.
