For my wife and I since October 2016:
1. 50K for $3000 spend in 3 months. 6X extra 10K.
2. 40K for $3000 spend in 3 months, total 50K for total $5000 in one year. 2X extra 20K.
3. 50K for $3000 spend in 3 months, total 60K for total $5000 in one year. 1X extra 10K.
We have never been turned down.
Other apps were 60K for $3000 in 3 months. No bump available.

This offer is most common and straightfwd to SM for another extra 10K
2) 40K for $?K spend, and another 10K for extra $? spend
This offer is easy to SM twice for another extra 10K, giving a total of 20K
3) 50K for $3K spend, and another 10K for extra $2K spend.
This offer is difficult to SM at all for another extra 10K, nevermind twice!
