As you pointed out, I noticed they look similar to www.hotels.com in terms and conditions, except having the quite simple ‘About Us’ content and no FAQs. It will probably work fine if advance full payment is a common practice (thanks for letting me realize this). I also found another cut-rate place (http://sanfranciscohotelsreservations.net) with no ‘About Us’ and other info such as support and contact. Gee, it seems not uncommon to provide almost no information about the online reservation companies.
