I fly this regularly. It's dine on demand, and all the choices are breakfast-like. They also have warm nuts if you want. You're on a Dreamliner, so you'll have lie-flat seats. Don't choose Row 6.
I've never had issues with noise from banging cutlery, so the provided headsets have always been sufficient.
