I thought the website couldn't get worse, but its even surprised me how bad its gotten in the last few weeks.
I was trying to book some flights and it wasn't showing availability for the flights I wanted, even though I could see seats for sale on the BA website.
The scary thing was that the person I rang up was able to make the seats available (via the website) within 1 minute whilst I was still on the phone. I dread to think what kind of IT governance they have.
I was getting scarily close to the 4 hour deadline to change my flights last week and all it said was the flights can be changed for £ 0.00, then nothing would happen..... Managed to get it to work with literally minutes to spare... Customer service got back to me 2 days after the flight!!
