Problems with Aeromexico Check-In?
Has anyone else been having problems lately checking in online for Aeromexico?
My friends and I are flying tomorrow on two separate PNRs. Theirs was booked directly on AeroMexico's website, and mine via a travel agent.
We went to check into our flights this morning at T-24 hours, and the seat selection was still showing up as paid only. We each tried phoning into the call centre, and even with several HUCAs, none of the agents were able to get seats selected for us or complete check-in. My travel agent tried and got nowhere, too.
Anyone have this issue before? Ideas on what might be going on?
