The problem can not be solved with retraining. Intrusive searches of innocent people need to stop. Touching a innocent woman's bra is not okay, even with the back of your hand. Thrusting a wand between an innocent woman's legs is not okay, even if it doesn't touch her. Forcing an innocent man to unbuckle his pants for inspection is not okay. This is disgusting and inhumane and shameful, and I and likeminded Americans will continue to fight until it ends.
I competely agree that what happen to you was wrong. I even agree with the comments about seeking out possible charges. If it really happened twice in the same wanding, then she's in direct violation of the SOP. But if she maybe only touched you once and it was accidently, then it shouldn't be such a big issue.
It's only one side of the story and as TSA personal ,understand, we've heard stuff like this before. We've even used the tapes and such to prove the person lied.
How do you want us to determine who the innocent people are?
If your answer is to just check people who alarm the machine , be it x-ray or WTMD, then I agree with you. Is this how your wanting us to determine who's innocent?
Of course changing the prohibited item list needs to be done to, to help prevent so many bag checks.
