If I remember correctly, you need an elevator at either side of T4, as you need to go down and up again. But still accessible with a luggage cart.
I thought that section has the inclined "treadmill" people mover going up to T4 and down again on the other side. Or maybe I'm thinking of a section closer to T5. I don't quite remember, so you're probably right.
I haven't walked all the way from T2 to T5 in over five years, but I do remember doing it with bags a couple of times.
