For example, in MXP, AZ refuses entry to their beautiful Casa Alitalia lounge to other Skyteam Frequent fliers if they don't have an AZ ticket or flying with AZ - this is because DL, and as far as I know KE/SU as well, have agreements with the standard airport-owned lounge in the non-schengen area.
I think Skyteam should re-definite its rules in these cases.
IIRC this is the case as well in FCO where only AZ passengers have access to some of the lounges. This is AZ home base so it's a bit different but it shows that this is a standard practice among ST airlines.
